I think it's in the owner's manual but either the cap or a ring on the back of the headlight assembly rotates and you pull out the lamp and socket. Don't touch the envelope (glass) of the lamp with your fingers. Oil from your skin can cause hot spots and premature failure. If you do handle them, before you set them back into the relflector take a clean rag and alcohol and wipe the envelope down to remove oils.
BTW, there may be instructions on how to remove the lamps molded into the back of the headlight assembly. Just don't pull on the wires.
