V 70 Reliabilty V70-XC70

Hi

I currently own a '91 945T and a '93 245 and I'm thinking about purchasing a
V 70. Probably a 2001 or newer maybe a XC or AWD.

My question is concerning the overall reliabilty of the 2001 V 70's and specifically the XC and AWD systems. I've heard rumores of problems with the pre 2001 XC's, how about the newer models?

Were they all Haldex systems?
