Heated Seat, 93 850 850

I own a '93 850, with 116k miles, I've checked the fuses, and still only my passenger seat warmer works. This was known when I bought the car last week, along with the power seatback (the second button that works only the seatback) which dosen't move the seat (motor heard running). How could I possibly fix it myself, or how much to fix? Thanks, Matt in MA.
