Heated Seat Not Working 850 1995

The driver's seat in my 1995 850 GLT Waqon is not heating up. The Passenger side works just fine! The orange light on the switch illuminates when I turn it on, but no warmth. I've checked fuses and they are fine. The power controls still work on the driver's seat.

Any troubleshooting thoughts?

Thanks in advance for any advice or experience passed along.
