93 850 emergency brake sticking 850

posted by  someone claiming to be 93 & 97 850's on  Thu Mar 6 05:50 CST 2003 [RELATED]

My car was just inspected, all brake pads
are good and passed inspection with flying colors,

but the emergency brake sticks & drags,

what is the best way to fix this???
