The AC & REC lights in my car have begun to blink for about a minute after every engine start. The AC appears to be working. The weather has been fairly cold lately so I can't tell if the cold air is working but warm air works.

Also, both my heated seats have stopped working a couple of months back. It doesn't seem to be a fuse problem. The heated seat switches will lit up when I switch them on but the seats are not heated even when the temperature is cold. My car is a '95 850 Turbo with leather and power & memory on both front seats. I've read on this forum that this may be a theromstat or wiring issue. But the fact that both my heated seats have stopped working at the same time, could it be caused by another problem? I want to explore other possible causes before squeezing my big hands under the seats.
