freak stall on highway 850 1996

I was entering the expressway getting up to speed when it stalled !!!!
It would not restart and then the cass. tape popped out.now at home i pulled the plugs -- wet --- replaced. still no start --- ?. plugs,cap and roter
new less than 200mi. now it gets freakie --- alarm sets but dash top lite dont blink and when i turned on the radio the display seid "OFF".it gives no fault codes? what the heck!!!!--- note: i get no spark either? stumped....

96 854 glt-124000mi dead yet 1985 744 gle-269000 rolling strong.
