Thinking about buying this '96 850 850

Hello all: Since I am considering buying another 850, I came across this '96 GLT sedan for sale yesterday. It is blue, 5-speed, and has 151k miles on it. The car is a one-owner vehicle who has meticulously maintained it since it was new (3k mile oil changes, regular tranny flushes, etc.); clutch was changed at 110k. Unlike many other Volvos of this era, the leather is in impeccable condition and appears to have been cleaned all the time. There is absolutely no rust on it, inside and underneath; he wants $7000 for it. Any comments?
