Ran out of gas now car runs like sh!t S70 1998

1998 S70 T5

Subject says it all. I ran out of gas, threw in 3 gallons or so from a gas can and now the cars runs but stumbles, sputters etc. Is there is air in the system now that I need to bleed off somehow? Thanks in advance for your reply!
