850 Door Lock Trouble

I just bought a '96 850 Turbo, and I'm having trouble with the door locks.
The front passenger door, trunk, and gas door work from the remote, the driver's key, and panel switch. The driver's door and both rear doors do not. Sometimes, the door plungers will "wiggle", but not open (or lock). Usually they don't move at all.

Any thoughts?
