850 GLT Stalling Problems 850 1993

About two months ago I purchased a 1993 Volvo 850 GLT as my first car. Ever since the date of purchase, I've had a problem with it stalling about once every other week. I have experienced the problem on the highway, country roads, and at stop signs. We have had my car to a Swedish car mechanic more than five times, and each time they say that it could be something else. If anyone knows what it might be, please post a reply before the repair bills become too much.

Attempting to solve the problem, we have had the following done:
-Spark plugs checks
-Leaky vacuum line replaced
-Idler motor cleaned and lubricated
-New wire set for the ignition
