high idle speed 850

my 850 t5 idles at around 900-950rpm is this correct, the manual says it should be 850rpm!!!

there are no ecu codes and the car runs fine otherwise BUT it does idle at about 1100rpm when i start it from cold but returns to 900-950rpm when i drive off

any ideas thanks!!
