Serpentine belt tracking off S80 1999

On this high mileage (150K) turbo the serpentine belt is tracking to the outside of the tension idler pulley and hanging out over the edge. Anyone ever seen this?
Everything appears to be in line. Nothing the belt drives has been disturbed. Any ideas appreciated. Belt replaced at 130K.
