Alternator ever replaced? S80 1999

Thanks, the alternator has never been replaced. On closer inspection, the idler pully seems to be at a slight angle, or is it my imagination. In any case, it is a candidate for replacement at this point. Have no clue how it could be crooked. Last to work on it(the serp. belt replacement)was a dealer.
