where's the doggone circuit breaker??? V70-XC70

back to my window problem....it seems that now none of my windows work nor my sunroof...manual says they are on automatic circuit breakers ..whatever that means....can i just find breaker and flip it? perhaps but where the heck is it? any help appreciated.thanx
