Front Fog Light Bulb (?) Replacement 850 1993

Good morning:

My front left foglight recently burned out: Can anyone advise on how easy this is to replace? Cost? I am assuming I just have to purchase a new bulb and install it rather than a whole new unit--is this something I can do myself? Is it one of those bulbs you aren't supposed to touch because of the oils (natural) on/in your skin? Do I have to get under the car or can I just "pop off" the front of the lense to install?
