I agree with fschertenl that it is an easy replacement.
The fog lamp (I do not use it) has a blobby looking plastic holder that holds a metal socket with the bulb. It is a twist on, however, due to dirt build up you may accidentally rip off this metal socket off lamp lens. If you do, you have to take the fog lamp out of the car, carefully reshape the prongs.
The lens prong holds a metal socket, holding the bulb. I think this socket is the twist on part connecting to the plastic blob/holder.
It is hard to explain, since I did it three months ago and I forget things very easily, doctor’s appointment, lunch appoint etc are just the beginning.
The bulb is an odd looking shape. I think it is 50 watts.
Why I took it out even I do not use it?
I drove over on a show pile and the lamp came off.
