Transmission not shifting during acceleration..no codes. 850 1995

I hope I don't have a serious problem with my transmission..it does not want to shift during acceleration and seems to be stuck in a gear..(95 850 turbo )..even during full throttle i am not getting the power..

is there a switch that controls the shift points on the transmissin that needs to be changed..
