Winter tires-Hakka`s? 850 1995

HI,
I know winter`s several months away(hopefully!) but I`ve been doing a little research on "snows" for my wife`s 855 wagon. She has had Toyo`s for the past two winters but I`m not really happy with them. They are good in deep snow but typically we don`t get lots of snow. WE tend to get some snow along with ice. I`ve heard that Hakka`s are great in both snow & ice. We`ve have had Gislaved`s & like them fine but a friend told me tht Hakka`s are better.
Anyone out there that can give me advice in terms of their experience. What model of Hakka`s?
