blower 850 1995

850 turbo 1995. my ac stopped working for the 2nd time after 80,000 miles. now the blower has stopped working. the rec light and ac light blink when i try to turn on blower.
error codes (B1) 1-3-2 and (B2) 1-2-2 obtained. Before blower failed it was making a grinding sound. Do i need a new blower or a resistor pack or both?
