Headlight assy removal V70 XC right side - how is it done? V70-XC70 1998

I looked and looked and turned a bolt that seems stuck in rubber and it's a total mystery. ?? What I need to do is replace the headlight wiper motor on the right side, and I'm assuming I have to get the headlight assy out to do that.

Thanx, Tom (Who has just discovered that it's cheaper to go to a psychiatrist than the Volvo dealer @ $93/hour. Maybe a shrink can convince me that it's all in my head.)
