Dashboard Speaker Replacement 850 1997

I need to have my front speakers that are located in the dashboard replaced. I am leaning towards an aftermarket type replacement...any suggestions on which speaker brand to select. I would also like some input of how to remove and replace these speakers. Does Bay 13 have anything on this subject? Thanks in advance for your reply.
