Replacing the front dash / front door ones is pretty easy. The only issue that I ran into is that the factory tweeters in the dash are set in a large plastic piece. So I had to substitute some thick cardboard as the backing sound board to hold the smaller tweeters. I replaced all of my factory speakers with Kenwoods from the Crutchfield warehouse on sale.

Just get a screwdriver and start popping stuff out. You'll only end up with an extra screw or two. :)
