Oil, wipers and back lights S70 1999

I want to change my oil.. what non-synthetic oil and filter should I use for my Volvo? Also, my two winshield wipers are shot... what brand should I buy for them? And lastly, what kind and where can I get light bulbs for the rear lights, both, on each side are shot. What am I looking to spend on all of this? Thanks in advance!
