Oil, wipers and back lights S70 1999

Ok, I may have been a bit too general with these questions... only reason is because i'm very new to these things, not only do I know every little about Volvo's but cars in general. I want to do some of these things myself except for the oil change but i'd like to know what oil brand would be best suited for my volvo. Also, regarding the wipers and lights, i'm sure I can find them online but also, want to know if you can recommend some specific brands. I would appreciate some opinions and suggestions. Thanks in advance!
