Re-wiring Headlamp Wipers 850 1995

Not sure if anyone has talked about this before. I was thinking wouldn't it make sense for the Headlamp washers to work when to turn on the windshield wipers to clear away rain?? I was just thinking about it when it was raining the other day. But is it possilbe to wire them to the wiper relay thingy (I know i used too much technical language for some of you) so they work in harmony with the windshield wipers. That would be very cool. But I should prolly fix the one before I try and re-wire them. Just a thought
