Aerial Down Switch ..... installed 850

If anybody is looking for that Aerial Down Switch to keep the antenna down when you're playing CD's or going thru the carwash I just installed one I got from FCPGroton.com. The Volvo part number is PN 9204656 and it comes with the harness that just plugs into the existing harness on the back of the radio. Price was $41 shipped. The one I got was actually the dark grey color but I fixed it with a black fat permanent marker, now it's black. Took about 10 minutes to install. I just pulled the radio out and unplugged it then pulled a switch blank out where I wanted the switch to go (next to the sunroof switch) and ran a chaser down to the radio opening and pulled the plug end back thru the hole. Simple.

If you want a black switch the part number for the switch alone is PN-94473386 but that does not come with the harness. Weird packaging by Volvo. So if you want the harness you have to get the whole kit (PN 9204656) and that comes with the dark grey switch.
