Help! No dash/instrument lights - fuse is good 850 1995

Hello All-

The dash and instrument lights all went out on my 850. Checked the fuse and it's good. Suppose I'll start checking circuits and the rehostat, but was wondering in anyone has some insights to share regarding this problem.

Interestingly, the high beams will not stay on, only work in "flash mode" when you pull the stalk all the way back and hold it there.
