94 850 dies when it's wet... 850 1994

I think I've narrowed this down to wet days. My 850 is really hard to start, taking several tries before finally catching (I just put a fresh battery in.) It also idles rough and stalls whenever I come to a stop. There's an initial stutter whenever I step on the gas.

After about 15 minutes, the problem seems to fade away. No fault codes come up. I don't like stalling on busy streets. Help!
