v70 AWD or 940

I currently own a 93' 940 wagon (non-turbo)with 142000 miles. My wife and kids have trashed its appearence and I'd like to purchase a 98' V70 AWD with 87000 miles for $12000(clean/great appearence). Is this wise? Does the V70 have any problems? Any input/advise would be much appreciated. Regards, Andre'
