front bumper repair question V70-XC70 2001

I am asking for some advice on repairing the front bumper on my 2001 V70. I caught the right side of the spoiler on a parking lot divider while backing up and now the bumper is pulled out about 2 inches on the right side. Is this something I should bring to a bodyshop or attempt myself? I am somewhat handy around cars but am unfamiliar with how the bumper is attached.
