Well, my Haynes manual only covers up to model year 1999 but there is a picture how to remove front bumper cover. You can ask dealer service to print you an exploded view with all the bolts and brackets for your model year. Bumper cover is attached by few bolts and brackets to the car body, the trick is to know where they are.
