Changing headlight lenses/unit 850 1995

I am trying to help a friend with her 850. Both headlight lenses are seriously cracked. One low beam light is out.

Can the lenses be replaced separately or is it necessary to replace the whole headlight assembly?

Would you recommend having a shop manual to do this or is it straightforward?

I would like to get used parts to save money. Are there any places online or in the DC/NoVA area that you can recommended?

What price should I expect to pay for a lens or headlight unit?

Any advice greatly appreciated.
