loose bracket holding sun visor S70 1998

How do I tighten up the bracket/clip that is mounted to the headliner....that holds the sun visor in place? The bracket is loose....and what happens is that the entire sun visor makes a loud rattling noise while driving. The visor is not being held firmly in place. If I could only tighten up that clip...so that it is tightly mounted to the ceiling, the noise would go away.

Can anyone tell me how I can tighten up that bracket clip?
