Error code 444 in A2 HELP

My '95 850 turbo didn't start after lunch. I pulled 3 codes from the A2 pin:
435 Heater O2 sensor slow or faulty
314 Camshaft sensor absent or faulty
444 ??? I couldn't find this one in my Hanes Manual

Does any one have any idea what this code means?
