transmission cooler hoses 850

Would someone tell me what kind of tool is necessary to disconnect the transmission cooler hoses from the radiator of my 97 850 turbo. Do these hoses carry transmission fluid or antifreeze. Also could you recommend a source of supply for the hoses. The hoses are starting to leak and any helpful hints on their replacement would be appreciated.
