Euro V70 V70-XC70 1999

Hi folks. I'm lurking from MyE28 and need advice. I'm looking at a 1999 euro model V70. What are the pros and cons of the euro? Are they hotter or the same as US models? Easier or harder to work on and get parts? TIA, David
