Pressure from the dip stick???? 850 1994

Any one have an idea why there is pressure comming out of the oil measuring stick,which spells oil out of there and the oil cap as will. I drove 1500 miles I added one and half quart. Any one can tell me what is the problem// Please help, I want to go home, I am in North Dakota and driving back to California.
Help is needed A.S.A.P
