Pressure from the dip stick???? 850 1994

Sorry I'm so late. I could have driven up there from the Cities since you posted.

The PCV is close to the firewall and on the drivers side near the throttle body. A hose goes from the manifold and is joined by the firewall by a small vacuum hose and continues to the throttle body. Where the vacuum line joins is the PCV (flame trap). CAREFULLY pull the three lines apart. A plastic screen is in there and will be clogged with oil. Just clean it out and put it all together again.
If you let the crankcase pressure build up too much for too long, you will start blowing engine seals, not good. I'ts too bad we couldn't just put a sock over the hole in the manifold where the large tube comes out and just plug the vacuum line.
