Rear Suspension 850

I have just had the shocks (Koni's) and Springs (H&R)replaced on my T5r and the shop that did it is pulling struggling with the the rear bushes. I don't know if its the right term, but I beleive its the rear suspension front body mount bush.

I have checked the usual places, but cannot find a how to on this. Are they easy to replace. Volvo dealers are very vague on this in Australia, saying that it is a "replacable" bush, but want $500+ to do it.

Any help or direction to a soloution would be great.
