Rear Suspension 850

If they mean the rear control arm bushings, yes it's a time consuming job and will also require an alignment once replaced. The rear alignment is not optional.
At least one control arm needs to be removed to do that.
I occasionally see bent rear control arms and those run over $400 US each (X2) plus 8 hours total labor, not a cheap date.
