ipd overload spring and fcp groton heavy duty coil spring...what's the diferrence 850 1997

I would like to know the difference between ipd's rear overload spring and fcp groton's heavy duty rear coil spring, besides the price. I'm in the process of changing my old springs and will be needing some advice to w/c one is better. Thanks.
