Loud growling noise when cold S70 1998

I have a 98 S70 (non turbo) that has a loud growling noise that only shows up on cold mornings. The noise is coming from around the drive belt area and it seems most pronounced around the power steering pump.

The noise goes away when the engine warms up.

Aside from moving to Arizona, any suggestions on what I should check?
