Ok .... So I bought the 850 below ..... 850

and so I looked in the glove box , and the records have been kept up until 2003 jan . After that they just havent changed the oil .... at all ....

I changed the oil , b;ack as night , put 6 quarts in it , ran it for 10 min , pulled stick and it looked like i never changed it .

Changed it again , and now its better looking when i pull the stick , but I will change it again in a week .

I didnt see any sludge in the top end , just really dirty oil . So Im thinking all the poor thing needs is a little lovin and it might be happy again .

QUESTION ..... how do i turn off the SERVICE light ? Im guessing its just on because it wanted an oil change ?

Oh and I went to change the trans oil , man they put those torx bolts in a tight spot ! Is there a trick im not knowing ? I didnt study it long , just glanced and said nawwww not today . Im going to add Mercon/Dextron 111 .... right ?
