Drive Belt Replacement for 2000 S70? S70

Whats the story here. Just bought a 2000 S70 with 69,000 miles. It had the 60,000 mile mantainance done at the local Volvo dealer but the drive belt was not replaced. I called them and they said the drive belt is replaced with the timing belt and tensioner at 105,000. The Volvo manual says the auxliary belt is replaced at very 60,000. The Dealer says the manual is wrong which is not usual. I am confused. I don't want to replace the drive belt if I don't had too and the dealer says not too but whats the story.
