OBD II S70

Does anybody know of a good OBD II reader/scanner. I have done some looking, and there seem to be a number of models. Please message me with the best one to buy. My dealer wants to charge me $90 just to look at my car. I would rather spend the extra $60 to buy a scanner. Thanks
