Driver's side door hinge? 850 1995

All of a sudden recently my driver's side door hinge decided to
start making a fairly loud 'popping' sound whenever I open or close the door.
I sprayed all three points with WD-40 with no big difference. I also
checked the torx screws and none were loose. It seems to me that the center
hinge has movement within the door itself where I can't access. Any tips
on how to silence this issue?
