blown head gasket? 850 1997

Hey there. I have a question about my new 97 850 GLT. It drives excellent and the engine feels great. However, there are some concerns:

Radiator
- radiator light comes on
- water resevoir is dirty and brown (probably oil)
- i'll have to fill up the resevoir once every 2 weeks
- water boils over when I remove the cap

The radiator appears to be new and the brackets holding it in look brand new also. There are no leaks that I can see.

Head Gasket
- Car drips oil (not too much though)
- I'll have to put a quart in every 2 weeks
- a little bit of a burning oil smell after driving
- a little smoke coming from the turbo after driving hard

As far as I can see from under the car, the drips and most of the oil look like it is coming from the drain pipe from the turbo. I already bought the IPD gasket to fix that. I guess overall I'm asking if I should replace the radiator or is it more serious and need a gasket replacement?

thanks in advance.
