Fuel pump not receiving electrical current

98 s70, non turbo, 110k miles. My fuel pump is not receiving an electrical current with the ignition key on. I have a new fuel pump regulator, new fuel pump relay, new fuel pump, and the fuel pump fuse is fine (has continuity). Any input what else to check why I'm not getting an electrical current going to the fuel pump?
