Fuel pump not receiving electrical current

posted by  someone claiming to be elbert on  Fri Mar 4 14:52 CST 2005 [RELATED]

New fuel filter did not help. Car would stall after idleing for about 4 minutes and will not immediately restart. After period of time, you can restart the engine and again will stall after a few minutes. Any ideas what else could be wrong?
